1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to every order of saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, accessories and related services from Steam and Dream, MB, for delivery in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union and other countries we deliver to.

2. Using the website

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please use the website, the configurators and the enquiry forms lawfully and only for your own enquiries. We may change, update or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

3. Products, pictures and the configurators

We do our best to describe our products, options and prices accurately. Pictures, 3D models and visualisations, including those in the sauna and hot tub configurators, are approximate: slight differences in colour, wood grain and details may appear in the real product.

The price shown in a configurator is an estimate for the chosen region and configuration. It becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing.

4. Quotes and orders

You can request a quote through the configurators, the forms on this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order, for example when a product is not available or when information in the order is incorrect. If you cancel after your order has gone into production, you cover the costs that have already arisen.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds (UK) or euros (Ireland and Europe) and are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. The applicable VAT is added on the invoice.

• Standard models: no deposit. You pay on delivery, once your sauna is delivered and, where included, assembled.
• Models from 3.5 m and custom options: a deposit is required. The amount is stated in your order confirmation.
• Payment is usually by bank transfer. If a payment is late, we may postpone delivery or cancel the order.

6. Delivery options

The delivery option you chose is shown in your quote and order confirmation:

• Assembled on site (standard): we deliver the sauna and assemble it on your prepared base. Delivery and assembly are included in the price.
• Delivered fully assembled: the same price as assembly on site. The sauna arrives assembled on the truck. You arrange and pay for a crane or forklift to unload it and place it, and you are responsible for unloading safely.
• Flatpack: £600 / €600 less. The parts are delivered on a pallet with instructions and you assemble the sauna yourself. Damage or defects caused by incorrect assembly are not covered by the warranty.

Hot tubs and cold plunges are delivered; installation is optional and is listed in your quote when chosen.

7. Delivery times and access

Our usual lead time is 4-8 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our control, such as weather, transport or customs.

You make sure that the site can be reached by our truck and team, and that a stable, level base is ready: concrete, or a paving slab under every foot of the sauna. Decking or tiles are fine as long as they are stable and level. If delivery or assembly cannot go ahead because the site or base is not ready, extra costs may be charged.

Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours, with photos.

8. Electrical work, planning and use

We do not carry out electrical work. Electric heaters, lighting packages and other electrical parts must be connected by a qualified electrician arranged and paid for by you.

You are responsible for checking local planning requirements with your council. Our saunas are mobile buildings and can be moved at any time.

Follow the manuals for the heater and the product. We recommend a protective coat or paint on the outside of the sauna to protect the wood.

9. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. You cover the costs of dismantling and returning the goods. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as custom sizes, colours or options. Orders by businesses cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

10. Warranty and service

Our products are covered by the warranty set out in your order confirmation and by your statutory rights under Lithuanian, EU and UK consumer law. Our factory is in Lithuania, and our local technicians in every country we deliver to carry out installations and handle warranty claims.

To make a claim, contact us with proof of purchase, photos and a short description of the problem. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weathering of untreated wood, damage from incorrect use, assembly by the customer (flatpack) or electrical work by third parties.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products you bought. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, photos, 3D models, the configurators, their designs, visualisations, prices and quotes, belongs to Steam & Dream or its licensors. It is for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Any use of our photos, 3D visualisations or configurators for retail or other commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited and may lead to a claim for damages of up to €10,000 per infringement. Photos and visualisations on this website carry a watermark.

13. Privacy and cookies

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time with the cookie settings link.

14. Law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes are heard by the courts of Lithuania, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your own country. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order. Last updated: 1 November 2026.

2. What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, town or postcode and delivery or installation address.
• Enquiries and quotes: your messages, photos you send, the configuration and price you create in our sauna or hot tub configurator, the region you chose and your preferred way of contact.
• Messages: what you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Orders: order, invoice, payment and installation details.
• Website use: only with your consent where required, data about how you use the website, your device, approximate location and IP address.

3. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (steps before a contract).
• To deliver, install and service your order and handle warranty claims (contract).
• To keep invoices and tax records (legal obligation).
• To follow up on a quote you requested, and to improve our website and service (legitimate interest).
• To send news and offers, and to measure website use and advertising, only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. The configurators

When you send an enquiry from the sauna or hot tub configurator, your details and configuration are sent to us by email through the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). If you ask for a copy, the same email is sent to you. If sending fails, your own email program opens with the enquiry filled in. The region you choose is remembered in your browser (local storage) so you don't have to choose it again; it is not sent to us until you send an enquiry.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or choose by category:

• Essential: needed for the website to work, for example remembering your cookie choices. Always on.
• Preferences & third-party content: for example the Trustpilot reviews widget. Loaded only with your consent.
• Analytics: for example Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used. Only with your consent.
• Marketing: for example Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to measure and personalise advertising. Only with your consent.

You can change your choices at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

6. WhatsApp chat

If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your messages under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to answer your question and handle your enquiry.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed with: our website and hosting provider, the form service FormSubmit, Google and Meta (only with your consent for analytics and marketing), Trustpilot (reviews), our delivery and installation partners and local technicians, and our accountants, legal advisers or authorities when the law requires it. Some providers process data outside the EU/UK, for example in the USA, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Customer, order and invoice records: up to 10 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Cookies: as shown in the cookie settings.

9. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@steamdreamsaunas.com; we reply within one month.

10. Complaints

Please contact us first. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania (VDAI), the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the authority in your own country.

11. Children

Our website and products are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
