1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of outdoor saunas, hot tubs, and related products made through the Website, including deliveries to the United Kingdom and other EU countries.

1.4. Acceptance of Terms: All customers (B2B and B2C) confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon the confirmation of their order. The contract between you (the customer) and us (Steam and Dream MB) is formed at the moment we confirm the order via email (“Order Confirmation”).

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and place orders.

2.2. You agree to use the Website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm our business or reputation.

4.2. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your order via email (“Order Confirmation”). Upon confirmation, the agreed price or deposit must be paid within the timeline agreed upon between both parties. Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.

4.3. If the order proceeds and the client later decides to cancel, the costs of dismantling the sauna and returning it, including shipping fees, must be covered by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of Products, errors in pricing, or concerns about payment.

4.4. Acceptance of Terms: By confirming your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. The prices displayed in our pricelists, whether in Euros or Pounds, are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2. Additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5.3. Payment must be arranged directly with us via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods upon order confirmation.

5.4. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Delivery

6.1. We deliver to the United Kingdom and EU countries as specified on the Website. Delivery timelines and costs vary depending on the destination and are outlined during the checkout process.

6.2. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance delays and transportation disruptions.

6.3. You must inspect the Products upon delivery and report any damages or defects within 48 hours.

6.4. In the case of damage or defect upon delivery, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement of Products where applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. B2C Transactions: Consumers in the United Kingdom and EU countries have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the Products without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. This right applies only to Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions.

7.2. Exercising Cancellation Rights: To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing (via email or other agreed methods) and return the Products in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the dismantling and return shipping costs.

7.3. Refunds for eligible B2C orders will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

7.4. B2B Transactions: Business-to-Business (B2B) orders are non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with applicable commercial laws, which permit contractual agreements for B2B transactions to exclude refund rights.

7.5. Non-Returnable Products: Products made to order or customized (such as specific sauna sizes or configurations) may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

8. Warranty

8.1. We provide a warranty for our Products in accordance with Lithuanian and EU consumer protection laws. Details of the warranty are included with the Products and are available upon request.

8.2. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and detailed descriptions and pictures of the defect.

9. Liability

9.1. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or purchase of Products is limited to the value of the Products purchased.

9.2. We are not liable for damages caused by the client or any consequential damages resulting from such actions. Additionally, we are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.3. For B2B transactions, the parties agree that any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Lithuania.
